Qualifying applicants must have:
- The ability to drive truck and trailer (including bumper pull and gooseneck)
- Must have a valid vehicle driver's license
- Interpersonal communication skills - communicate with grooms, head trainer, farm employees, drivers of horses, other trainers, etc
- Experience with standardbreds
- Ability to get licensed at tracks in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, etc
- Have a trainer's license
- Ability to drive horses to races, get them raced (being able to do warmups is a plus)
