NY bill would create full casinos at Monticello, Tioga and Saratoga

g>Columbus, OH --- Bloodhorse.com is reporting that Senate Republicans in New York are finalizing legislation to restrict the first three casinos under a gambling expansion effort to areas of the state already home to racetrack-based casinos.
According to the Bloodhorse.com story, the Senate GOP plan will call for the first three casinos to be restricted to harness track-based gaming facilities at Monticello, Tioga and Saratoga that offer video lottery terminals, but not table games.
