Harrington, DE – Four $20,000 Delaware Standardbred Breeders Fund (DSBF) divisions for 3-year-old trotters headlined the Wednesday (June 15) program at Harrington Raceway with Anders Bluestone-sired horses winning all but one split.

In the first DSBF event on the card, six fillies lined up behind the gate with heavily favored Pam Wagner’s She’s All Woman ($2.10, Victor Kirby) triumphing in wire-to-wire fashion in 2:02.2 over True Blue Mist and Antares Star. The Anders Bluestone filly picked up her seventh career win for trainer John Wagner.

Andrew Glassmeyer’s Franky Doyle ($5.40, Pat Berry) won the second split for fillies in 2:02.1 over Just Pump It and Miss Timber Wolf. The Glidemaster filly earned her third career win for owner/trainer Glassmeyer via a front end effort where she held off Just Pump It By a neck.

Art Stafford Jr. and Wyatt Starkey’s Navy Blue ($2.80) won the first colt and gelding division in 1:59.4 over Jas Bluestone and Snow Burst. The Anders Bluestone gelding made the front early from post 5 and never relented in his fourth career win for co-owner/trainer/driver Stafford Jr.

The only non-favorite to prevail in DSBF action came in the final division as Nanticoke Racing’s LG’s Reed O Wen ($7.60, Jim Morand) emerged a winner in 1:58 as three horses charged to the finish in a pack with Big Daddy D getting second and Canoe Trip third. Trained by Les Givens, “LG” picked up his seventh lifetime win. The Anders Bluestone gelding set a track record as a freshman at Harrington (1:59.4).

In the overnight feature, Tyler Davis’ Secret Jet ($8, Allan Davis) was a 1:54.3 winner in the $20,000 Open Trot over Ginger Tree Skyr and Spee Club. It was one of four driving wins on the card for Davis.
