g>Ft. Washington, MD --- Driver Frank Milby scored four wins on the Tuesday night (May 6) card at Rosecroft Raceway.


He copped the Open handicap for mares with Rocket Rosy, scoring a wire-to-wire victory in 1:52.1. The 6-year-old mare by Cam's Rocket is owned by Brian Callahan and trained by Brian Fisher.


For the second straight week, Beavercreek Artist stunned his foes in the Open handicap with a picture perfect trip from driver Art Stafford Jr. The 6-year-old son of Artiscape collared pacesetter Shady Breeze in 1:52.2. The gelding is owned by Ken Wood, William Dittmar Jr. and Stephen Iaquinta. Stafford had two wins on the card. It was one of three wins on the card for trainer Eli Scott Jr.


Donnie Russell drove Fran Luck to a victory in an $8,500 Open II for fillies and mares. The 7-year-old Cams Fortune daughter won in 1:55. Ironically, Russell trained and drove Cams Fortune to many victories at Rosecroft. Russell had a driving double on the card. Basil Sapienza owns and trains Fran Luck.
