g>Wallkill, NY --- Blue Chip Farms, Winbak Farms and the Shadow Play syndicate have announced the Shadow Play Money Back Guarantee Program for the 2013 breeding season.

To be eligible for the program a mare must be booked to Shadow Play in 2013 and the foal must race as a 2-year-old in the 2016 Ontario Sire Stakes program. If the available Ontario Sire Stakes 2-year-old pacing money per starter in 2016 is less than 50 percent of the corresponding 2012 Ontario Sire Stakes 2-year-old money per starter, the Shadow Play syndicate will refund the breeder C$3,000.

Mike Kimelman, president of Blue Chip Farms said, “The early training reports onShadow Play's first crop have been overwhelmingly positive. Based on our strong belief in both Shadow Play and the Ontario Sire Stakes program, this guarantee affords breeders to Shadow Play a financial incentive to breed into a stallion whose offspring are showing huge potential.”

“Our personal mare commitment to Shadow Play and the Ontario Sire Stakes program remains strong,” said Thomas Grossman, owner of Blue Chip Farms. “This innovated program compliments both Blue Chip and Winbak’s efforts to double down on Shadow Play, their Canadian clients and the future of Ontario racing.”
