Winbak Farm of Canada and the Badlands Hanover Syndicate has announced that Badlands Hanover's 2010 book is now full and closed. He is best known as the sire of millionaires Badlands Nitro, Mr Wiggles and 2008 Dan Patch Award winner (Three-Year-Old Pacing Filly of the Year) Tug River Princess.

Badlands Hanover, who retired as the fastest two-year-old ever, had another outstanding year in 2009, with approximately $7 million in all-aged earnings, and over $29 million in total progeny earnings. Badlands Hanover also continued as a top pacing stallion standing in Canada for two and three-year-old's combined earnings.

“Badlands Hanover has attracted another strong group of high quality mares in 2010,” stated Winbak Farm of Canada Manager Larry Drysdale. “These broodmares include the dams of Mr Wiggles, The Panderosa and Delmarvalous, combined with outstanding race mares like A Votre Pante, French Panicure and Lonesome Day, just to name a few.”

Drysdale also stated that, “the breeders that have Badlands Hanover foals on the ground say it was a very easy decision to breed back to 'Badlands' again.”
