It was a huge night for harness racing driver Chris Long on Wednesday (November 2) at Saratoga Casino and Raceway as the veteran reinsman recorded a grand slam.

Trainer Robyn Mangiardi sent out two of the horses that Long would pilot to wins as her Kash Delight (Bettor’s Delight) and April’s Golden Hour (Veeza) extended their own personal win streaks on the evening‘s thirteen race card.

Kash Delight has now gone four-for-four since the claim for Mangiardi and Long, scoring another front running victory on Wednesday.

April’s Golden Hour prevailed in the evening’s $5,500 featured race for condition-claimers at the $15,000 level.

The mare recorded her seventh win of the season in front running fashion, stopping the timer in 1:56.4 for the second consecutive week.

Long’s other Wednesday wins came while sitting behind claimers Brody Hanover and Pimlico’s Treasure.

Live racing resumes on Friday night at Saratoga with a first post time set for 7:05pm.
