Yannick Gingras will go to Sweden next week to drive Maven in the prestigious Aabergs Memorial at Jägersro in Southern Sweden on Tuesday (July 28). He has also picked up a couple of drives on the undercard and will also drive in some races the following day at Solvalla, Stockholm.

 

Maven has drawn post position seven in the Aabergs Memorial, just outside stablemate Creatine, who will have Johnny Takter in the bike.

 

The purse for the winner in this mile event is $115,000.

10. Repay Merci (Offshore Dream) - Knud MonsterGingras will drive Highlight AS in the first race and Pif, an 8-year-old mare, in the second race of the day. 


The European Champion for 5-year-old trotters is also on the card. The 1-5/16th mile event with a purse for the winner of $52,500 has Italian-bred, but Dutch-owned and trained Robert Bi as the favorite.
