Dover, DE---Three first-leg 3-Year-Old Delaware Standardbred Breeders Fund (DSBF) Filly paces and a $14,000 Winners-Over trot highlight the Wednesday (March 25) program at Dover Downs. First post is 4:30 p.m.


Totally Rusty, a Carter Racing Stable homebred, the only foal from Al ‘Rusty’ Carter’s Rusty For Real-Rusty’s Joy, was near invincible, losing only a second-place finish in the Harrington $100,000 DSBF final at 2 then winning the $100,000 Dover Downs edition en route to a sensational season. Corey Callahan drives the Doug Lewis trainee.


Spin Vision is Totally Rusty's toughest adversary in the second $20,000 DSBF division. She started her sophomore campaign with five straight wins for breeder, owner, trainer Leigh Louthan. Allan Davis will be in the bike. 


In the opening division, Purrfect Bags and Vic Kirby drew the rail in her $20,000 leg for sophomore fillies with Love Forbidden with Tim Tetrick alongside. Purrfect Bags is a "bargain basement" weanling purchase by JoAnn King, ostensibly to be a companion to one of her other young horses. Trained by her husband, Jim King, the filly has become a DSBF standout. winning seven races with one second, in the $100,000 final. Tony Dinges’ Love Forbidden has three wins and three thirds in eight outings.


The last of three DSBF filly paces is led by Gigi Deo, another sharp contender in the 2-year-old ranks, is driven by Ross Wolfenden.


In the overnight feature, I Like My Boss, Swish and Gurf drew inside posts in the $14,000 Winner-Over trot.
