Damascus, MD --- The Maryland Horse Council invites equine enthusiasts to an Evening at the Races at Rosecroft Raceway on Thursday (Oct. 20).

The evening includes dinner with the Maryland Horse Council in the dining room overlooking Rosecroft’s five-eighths-mile harness racing oval. Attendees will be served appetizers and enjoy the Finish Line Buffett.
