g>Dover, DE – Sophomore pacing fillies comprised the Daily Double — In and Out Again and Vistamist ($13.80) — in two divisions of the first leg of the Delaware Standardbred Breeders Fund series at Dover Downs for a purse of $20,000 each.


The first half of the daily double went to In and Out Again (Roddy’s Bags Again-Outahere Hanover) in a new lifetime record of 1:55. Trained by co-owner Jason Skinner for his dad and partner, J Tim Skinner, she was tactically driven by the meet’s leading driver Tim Tetrick.  Caronlina Shag (Mr Wiggles-Dee’s Art Girl) closed for second followed by Gonna Fool Ya (Dream Away-Seboomook Fool Yah) in the show spot.


The second half of the double was won by homebred Vistamista (Powerful Mist-Yankee Vista) in a lifetime record of 1:54.2 in dominating fashion for Legacy Racing of Delaware, Inc, trainer Wayne Givens and driver Allan Davis. Back in second was last year’s division winner, Roddy’s At It Again (Roddy’s Bags Again-Terro Franco N) followed by Biggiessecond shot (No Spin Zone-Big Dollar).


The second leg will be next Wednesday (March 27). Post time at Dover Downs is 4:30 p.m. from Monday through Thursday.
