Dover, DE--A $100,000 Delaware Standardbred Breeders Fund (DSBF) Three-Year-Old Male pace final  headlines the final Monday program of the 2011-2012 season on April 9.

A strong undercard completes the 15-race card. Post time is 4:30 p.m.

Flying Instructor, winner of both his DSBF prelims, carries a four-race win streak into action in a field of eight starters for the six-digit final. Niel Gariulo, Louie Paglierani, Legacy Racing Of Del. and Nanticoke Racing own the Badlands Hanover-Daylon Flyer colt and career winner of $119,383. Last week, Pop A Top Pop (Badlands Hanover-Coho Salmon), with Ron Pierce, won his prelim easily for owners Al Moor and J&E Stables and Pushintheenvelope, handled by Tim Tetrick, won his division.

The other starters are Joel Halpern and Only Money Inc.’s Bail Money (Roddy's Bags Again-Lee's Best), reined by Ben Stafford Jr., with a win and second-place finish; Jeannie Shahan, George Brem and Bob McGee’s Chizzled In Stone (Badlands Hanover-Scootinannirevonah), leaves from the rail with George Dennis and is coupled with Bob Shahan’s Capers And Lemons (Three Olives-Wiggle Your Can) and Allan Davis, as an entry. Another starter Eli Scott and Greg Simendinger’s homebred It’s Outta Here (Three Olives-Galaxy Girl) with Ross Wolfenden, also won a prelim. Roland Wainright’s Sambad (Badlands Hanover-Sam Francisco Bay) closed strongly to finish second last Monday for Brad Hanners, but starts from the outside.

A $20,000 DFBF consolation is led by Celtic Pride (Roger Plante), racing for Morgan and Jeanne McInnis and Norman Jackson; Redneck Fortune (Vic Kirby), owned by Howard and Walter Birney and Noella LeBlanc and LeBlanc Racing’s I’m Lucky Again (Ron Pierce).
