Breakin The Law, a 3-year-old gelding by Artiscape, won his fourth straight race Saturday night when he captured a $15,000 Spring Survivor Series semi-final at the Meadowlands in 1:52.2. Driven by David Miller, Breakin The Law kept his winning streak alive by edging Arts Ideal Hanover by a head.

Breakin The Law, who is trained by Ron Burke, won three of his five starts last year at age two. He's now seven for nine in 2012 and earned his latest victory the hard way. Miller moved first-over on the pacesetting Arts Ideal Hanover on the backstretch and Breakin The Law endured a quick last half after a :57.1 first opener.

Burke Racing Stable, Weaver Brusceme, JJK Stables and Panhellenic Stable own Breakin The Law, who was bred by Winbak Farms. Winbak sold the horse as a yearling for $17,000 to trainer Ben Stafford, who sold the horse this February to the Burke group. Breakin The Law's dam is Arl's Troublemaker, whose first two foals are the million-dollar winner Art Maker and $739,283 winner Stock Market Wiz.
