Cranbourne, South of the Yarra, usually attracts a good harness racing attendance from the outlying area and bayside, especially on a Saturday and last weekend was no exception.

Dunnstown's David Murphy was victorious with 4-Y-0 /Sunset Hamilton gelding Howfastisthatdude in the Decron Horse Care Pace for C0 class over 2080 metres.

Travelling kindly all of the way, Howfastisthatdude kicked away on turning to score from Rainless which trailed, with the favourite Seven Ounce (one/two - three wide last lap) a disappointing third after looking a huge chance running into the final bend. The mile rate 2-01.1.

+ Parwan's Jodi Quinlan prepared in-form Mach Three/Paige Nicole Q filly Getya Wings Out to score twice in the week when successful in the APG Consolation Final for 2-Y-0 Fillies over 1609 metres in a rate of 2-02.2.

Driven by "uncle" Geoff Walker, Getya Wings Out was sent forward from gate two on the second line to race in the open for the last half of the journey in registering a head victory over Koori Art who trailed her stablemate Tea House which led.

+ Another Parwan victory came when 7-Y-0 Armbro Operative/Spicy Expo gelding Armbro Expo scored in the Cranbourne Trainers Bonanza Pace for C3 & C4 class over 1609 metres, much to the delight of part-owner/trainer Michael Chircop and family.

With "Rocket" Rod Petroff in the sulky, Armbro Expo settled three back along the markers from inside the second row with the speed a cracker from the outset.

Using the sprint lane, Armbro Expo ran to the wire strongly in defeating Georgeous An Devine which trailed the weakening leader Da Ginstir, with Bettor Give It out wide third. The mile rate a slick 1-57.9.

+ Lisa and David Miles enjoyed a happy night when both Braeview Creation and Unojoe scored in their respective races.

Braeview Creation bred and raced by Sal Ferraro and family deserved her victory after racing so well in both the heat and final of the Victoria Oaks, finishing fourth in the final.

Not bustled from gate two as the start was effected, Braeview Creation possied one/one, but was soon off and running to assume control from the surprise pacemaker Miz Lulabell Lombo.

Once at the head of affairs, Braeview Creation (Badlands Hanover/Universal First) looked invincible and that's how the race panned out, with her registering an easy victory in advance of Miz Lulabell Lombo who stuck to her guns, with Born Again Sassy third after following the pair. The mile rate 1-59.

Eight year old Impressionist/Wishaw gelding Unojoe chalked up his 17th success when greeting the judge in the Ade Turf Equipment Pace for C5 to C7 class over 2080 metres, returning a mile rate of 2-01.

Enjoying an easy time three back along the markers from gate three on the second line, Unojoe ran home solidly along the sprint lane to tip out the hot favourite Our Arlington which raced in the open before striding clear on straightening, with Smooth third after trailing the weakening leader Our Deimos.

Lisa handled both winners.
