>Nichols, NY --- The Tompkins-Geers Grand Circuit begins its stay at Tioga Downs on Thursday (July 19) at 6:50 p.m. Three division for 2-year-old trotting fillies and three divisions for 2-year-old trotting colts lead off the five-day stretch of live racing.

Tioga Downs will race Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at 6:50 p.m., Sunday afternoon at 1:30 p.m., and Monday evening at 6 p.m.

Highlighting the Tompkins-Geers weekend will be the 3-year-old pacers on Sunday afternoon, which includes Mistletoe Shalee winner Major Look. Fresh off of her 1:49.3 triumph over world champion American Jewel, Major Look has drawn post position four in the first of two divisions for filly pacers. The daughter of Art Major–Band Of Emeralds won her last time out at Tioga Downs on June 10 in New York Sire Stakes action. Jeff Gregory has been listed to be reunited with Major Look on Sunday.

Two divisions for pacing colts have been drawn after receiving 17 entries, including two of New York’s top 3-year-olds in Steelhead Hanover and Forever Just.

Forever Just is coming off a 1:52.4 NYSS win at Yonkers Raceway and has won three of six starts this year for trainer Linda Toscano. Steelhead Hanover is coming into Sunday’s Tompkins-Geers off of four straight second-place finishes, including two to Heston Blue Chip. Joe Pavia, Jr. trains the son of Bettor's Delight–Special Beauty and has been listed to drive on Sunday afternoon.

Tioga Downs will once again be offering a $5,000 guaranteed Pick-4 with the USTA’s Strategic Wagering Program on Sunday on the last four races of the day.
