Break brushed to the early lead and was in no danger thereafter as she cruised to victory in the $25,000 Fillies and Mares Preferred pace on Thursday at The Meadows.

 

The 5-year-old daughter of Dream Away-Siobhan, making her second start on Lasix, scored for Mike Wilder in 1:54.3. Vysoke Tatry raced well on the outside and finished second by 2 1/4 lengths. Southwind Prairie was third.
